Booking and project enquiries
We collect your name, email, phone number, chosen time and the notes you submit to arrange your call and follow up about your project. The form does not subscribe you to a marketing list. Please leave passwords, payment-card details and sensitive customer records out of booking notes.
Where the information goes
Google Calendar holds bookings and, when available, the online meeting link. Our client-management system uses Supabase for account and project records. Vercel hosts this website. Confirmation and client email use our configured email provider; Stripe hosts invoice payment pages when Stripe invoicing is used. These providers may process information outside your country.
Accounts and records
Account sign-in uses essential session cookies. Client access is limited to records shared with that account. We retain enquiry and project records while they are needed to handle the relationship and associated business records.
Questions, corrections and removal requests
Email knightops.ai@gmail.com to ask what information we hold, correct your details, request removal or stop project follow-up. We may need to verify the request and explain any records that must be retained.
