How Managed works
Tell us what you want to promote and share your brand information and materials. We prepare the monthly batch using AI to help with drafting and production, then check it before you see it.
You check the facts and gather your team’s feedback into one round of changes. We make those changes and send the final versions for your approval.
We schedule the approved content and check that it goes out. Each month, we review what was delivered and how your audience responded.
Getting started
We’ll talk through what you sell, who you want to reach and how much of the content work you want us to handle. Before service starts, you’ll have the deliverables, supported channels, costs and review dates in writing.
One original idea with its agreed copy and static visual. Adapting that idea for a second channel is included and doesn’t count as another original piece. We select supported channels together during onboarding.
Managed includes standard text and static-image production. Original filming, substantial video or avatar production, extra brands or channels, and managing comments and messages are quoted separately. We agree any extra production or provider charges with you before spending.
Your proposal sets the generation limit, available tools and formats, connected channels, and any separate provider costs. Generation is limited; extra usage, video and avatar production need a separate agreement before spending.
Technical support covers help using the agreed tools and reporting faults. Your proposal sets the amount of support and response window. Content reviews, campaign management, custom workflows and application development are separate services.
We agree dates for your materials and approvals at onboarding. Late materials, late approvals or platform outages shift the affected schedule. Unapproved content stays unpublished. Your service agreement explains the remedy if we miss a deliverable for reasons within our control.
We review audience response with you, but don’t guarantee reach, followers, leads or revenue.
Both plans are month to month. Cancel before the next renewal; your agreement sets the billing dates and explains how to export your work and when workspace access ends. The subscription gives you access to the Studio software while your plan is active, rather than ownership of the software.
Your existing $497 USD/month pilot keeps its agreed price, scope and remedies. It does not become a Self-Managed plan automatically. Any change needs a separate agreement with you.
