Before we start
A few practical questions.
Can you make videos or manage replies?
The standard service covers text and static images. Original filming, substantial video or avatar production, extra brands or channels, and managing comments or messages are quoted separately. Extra production or provider charges need your agreement before spending.
What happens if content is delayed?
Material and approval dates are agreed at onboarding. Late materials, late approvals and platform outages shift the affected schedule. Unapproved content stays unpublished. Your agreement explains the remedy if a deliverable is missed for reasons within our control.
Is there a long-term commitment?
The service is month to month. Cancel before the next renewal; the agreement sets billing, notice and handover arrangements. Existing customers keep their agreed price, scope and remedies unless a change is separately agreed with them.
What results can I expect?
Frank reviews delivered work and audience response with you. Reach, followers, leads and revenue are not guaranteed.
